The multi-million dollar agreement will enable the Tier 1 operator to provide advanced services over its 4G LTE network. The renewal of this contract with an existing customer reaffirms Redknee’s expertise in supporting Tier 1 operators to provide personalized services, enhance the customer experience and accelerate their growth strategies.

Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution is enabling the Tier 1 operator to continue to support its mobile subscribers with personalized and value added services. With Redknee, the operator provides a range of innovative data, voice and messaging services, including shared data plans, advanced pricing models, targeted promotions and bundles.
