The award evaluation process involved Stratecast | Frost & Sullivan’s Operations, Orchestration, Data Analysis & Monetization (ODAM) Global Competitive Strategies team evaluating more than 100 suppliers in the CSP billing marketplace. For this award, 10 criteria were used to select the award recipient, including strategy effectiveness, competitive differentiation, stakeholder integration, price and performance value, customer experience and brand equity. Redknee was recognized for its strategy, ability to innovate, high customer satisfaction levels, and growth, despite a competitive market and challenging economic conditions.
