Hola Maximo, ya pase las preguntas a los oradores, en cuanto tenga respuesta te las paso. Yo por mi parte te comento que el off-loading es para descongestionar las redes celulares de forma mas costos efectiva, porque las redes móviles no pueden acomodar tener un 100% de smartphones, ni siquiera un 50%, conectándose a datos, las redes no tienen capacidad para esto. Hacer offloading debe hacerse de forma que el usuario no se de cuenta que cambio a una red wi-fi, y debe ser tan seguro como acceder a la macro celda, eso es lo que intentan estos grupos, eliminar algunas incertidumbres dell offloading a través de wi-fi. En cuanto al precio de roaming, no será tanto basado en el costo del acceso, sino en una cuestión de oferta y demanda, y si los operadores pueden cobrar más, aunque el costo sea menor, no habrá reducción. Aquí el tema será la cantidad de sitios de proveedores diferentes que ofrezcan roaming wi-fi.
