Enrich CALA Hybrid
After two successful seasons in a completely virtual format, Enrich CALA continues to consolidate itself as a content platform and a meeting and relationship point for the telecommunications sector and strategic verticals.
In 2022, Enrich CALA Hybrid combines the virtual and face-to-face worlds, allowing a select number of guests to participate in person, live and direct. The first two episodes, which took place in Sao Paulo and Mexico City, gathered more than 100 C-Level executives and Directors from loval CSPs; and hundreds of executives from throughout Latin America were able to join virtually.
Enrich CALA Hybrid, THE CONNECTED EXPERIENCE, continues. The third episode will be 100% virtual while we get ready for the upcoming hybrid episodes in other Latin American countries.

Amazing Metaverse
The metaverse has the potential to impact our life in an unprecedented way and trigger a change in behavior, both in a professional as well as in a personal aspect. Industry verticals could completely transform in less than a generation. Eventually, we may see the emergence of technologies and innovations that will exploit the behavior changes that will enable the metaverse.
To unblock the metaverse’s complete spectrum of opportunities, telecommunications companies must expand beyond traditional, towards new capabilities and services.
The metaverse offers two specific focus areas for operators: an ecosystem for its participation and the enablement of its own ecosystem.
Technology giants and online game developers join telecom operators in capitalizing emerging technologies such as 5G, Edge Computing, data analysis and AI to avoid lagging behind, and to channel their efforts and find the way to become metaverse co-creators. In fact, we are already seeing telco companies around the world acknowledging this potential. However, to succeed, operators must find their place in the metaverse ecosystem and harness the opportunity to position themselves as co-creators of it, instead of just participants.
Telecommunications operators will immensely benefit from their participation in the metaverse, and through that virtual environment, they will be able to improve the customer experience, monetize investments through adjacent services and increase operative efficiency.
