Overview
Enrich CALA is a series of virtual events developed in collaboration by Amdocs and TeleSemana.com with the objective of offering an informative and interactive platform for a diverse audience within the telecommunications sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. Following two successful seasons centered in Latin America, we are pleased to present a special edition targeting Central America and the Caribbean.
With the emergence of COVID-19, digitization and an increased demand for connectivity have become key items on the Caribbean agenda. The pandemic has shown that Internet access, more than a luxury, has become a vital service. The widespread adoption of digital technologies in households, companies and governments in the region can significantly contribute to achieving operators’ business objectives, as well as offering new sources of income through new business models.
Operators' digital transformation in the Caribbean is essential for them to be able to move forward with a healthy business, offering a differentiated experience to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
This virtual workshop will show operators in the region the path to success in digital transformation. Now is the time to develop the digital "wow factor" that will retain, nurture and grow the customer base of telecom operators.
